Ho Young Yoo

Biography: I am 18 years old from the Republic of Korea. I enjoy traveling, photography, and playing soccer. My dreams are to become a documentary film maker and photographer specializing in sports and travel. My short term goal is to graduate from Sino-Canada High School.

Most extreme journey: The most extreme journey I have experienced was when I graduated from junior high. During the winter I decided to travel alone from Seoul to Hae'Nam. It was extremely difficult,because it was very cold and the roads were icy and dangerous. One doesn't see too many kids that age attempting this type of adventure, which makes it all the more extreme!  

Impressions of China: I have been in China for almost 5 years. I started studying in Dalian, a city in Liaoning province, which quickly became my second home. I met many great friends and I felt accepted from the very beginning. I believe China is quite diverse from the land to the people from which I have appreciated  through my travels.
 
The meaning of We Haul 2 Play: This journey will allow me to help others by doing the two things I love most: living an active lifestyle, as well as helping others. Also, this will be the first time giving back by using my own strength. It will be an awesome opportunity!

Expectations for the journey: I want to explore many beautiful landscapes and empower the people we meet along the way.
