Day 15 Xi'an to Yonpingxiang

Today we said goodbye to Xi'an and we are back on our horses heading towards Qinghai. We took a day off yesterday to gather some equipment, relax and do some laundry....14 days straight in the same clothing it was time for a wash!
今天我们告别了西安，骑上车向青海前进。我们昨天给自己放了个假，去整理了一下器材，放松放松，顺便洗衣服…14天没洗衣服了，也该洗洗了！


Today we reached a town called Yongpingxiang....which is very small, but the people are excited to have us.We went through many small cities and villages to get to our destination. The climate has significantly changed and it is becoming very dry the more west we proceed. We stopped at a few communities to drop off equipment and we were greeted with smiles from the children and youth. It is cool to go off the highway into these remote villages and surprise the people. There is so much positive energy created from our visits and it fuels our passion and strength to move forward. We had a lot of fun with everyone we met today and we are looking forward to our next destination!
今天我们到一个叫永平乡（音译）的小镇…这个镇真小啊，但是人们都很热情。我们在一路上去了很多小城市和小村落。这里的天气和之前的大相径庭，我们越是往西天气越干燥。我们到了好几个社区去发放体育器材，孩子们都以他们的笑容回馈了我们。从高速公路上下来，到这些偏远的农村去给人们一个惊喜——这是一件很酷的事情。我们的拜访带给了当地人很多动力，这也让我们有了更多前进的力量。


Adventure is based on the unknown and each day is filled with new surprises and challenges....We never know who we are going to meet or where we are really going....That is the beauty of adventure, the uncertainty of a day's outcome...

Tomorrow we are continuing heading northwest along the 312 highway. Time to get some rest for the next adventure......Jiayou!
