Day 26 Xining to Southwest of Qinghai Lake（西宁-青海湖西南部）

We had some unfortunate circumstances yesterday.....but we are back baby! We had to go to Xining and speak to the foreign bureau about where the restrictions are located for foreigners. We have to change our route to avoid getting in trouble with the police....but now we have a good idea of the regions we are allowed to visit. We are now doing the tour of Qinghai Lake as we had to back track 300 km and now we are cycling the southwest route...It would have been a tragedy if we didn't get to experience the culture and scenery of the southwest route....The views are unbelievable and it feels like we are cycling through the art room of the artist formerly known as Ma Young.....Ma this would be a great place for you to do your morning tai chi routine!
我们昨天遇到一些不走运的状况…但是我们回来了！我们再一次回到西宁到外事办询问究竟哪些地方对外国人有限制。据此更改我们的路线以免和警察发生不愉快…现在我们知道了哪些地区可以允许我们去。我们在青海湖骑行，昨天往回走了300公里，现在是在青海湖的西南路线…我们发现如果错过了西南方向文化和风景将会是很遗憾的事…这里的风景简直令人无法相信，感觉就像是在马永这位神奇的艺术家的艺术宫殿里旅行…这地方非常适合老马在早上打太极！

I was a little upset about the events that transpired with retrieving the equipment; however, naturally there will be obstacles that we will need to overcome. We will need to work extra hard to makeup distance, but we will try our best to push through the long days we have ahead of us. Our spirits were raised quickly looking back at all the great people we have met and all the great places we have traveled through...
我被怎样补充装备一事搞得有点乱，不过这也不奇怪，总归有各种各样的障碍和困难需要我们去克服的。我们需要更加努力以赶上进度，我们将会尽全力每天骑行更长时间去征服前面的路，每当我们回头看看那些我们遇到过的不平凡的人们和那些不平凡的地方，我们就会精神倍增…
