Day 8 Gu Shi to Xin Yang

Yesterday's temperature was 32 degrees and we were battling a headwind to get to our destination of Xin Yang; however, regardless of the elements of nature, we feel great and we are working together as a team to continue pushing forward. 昨天的气度达到了32度，我们顶着热浪骑到了我们的目的地：信阳。无论自然条件多么艰苦，我们都不会退缩，作为一个小团队继续坚持向前。

Everyday I witness Ho Young getting stronger as he powers up hills and completes distances of 160 km with ease. There are not too many youth his age who would take on a challenge of this magnitude, but he has proved that he has the mental and physical strength to overcome any barrier that presents itself along our journey. However, Ho Young is not a morning person and usually comes to his senses around 12 o'clock. He basically functions on auto pilot for the first four hours of our ride...

We made several stops during this leg and we met some very nice families with very strong family bonds. It was nice to see the parents involved playing with the kids and having fun. All the people have met have been very intrigued of our adventure and they have been offering us a helping hand to make our journey that much more enjoyable.
这一段我们停了几次，遇见了几个非常友好、非常和睦的家庭。父母和孩子们在一起玩，共同享受着体育的乐趣，遇到的所有人都对我们的这次冒险之旅很感兴趣，他们也给了我们很多帮助，这让我们的旅程更加有乐趣。
